Electronic Tendering:
We provide a full web based electronic tendering based service - Qlook! - Both to Purchasers and Suppliers. Full integration with the European Journal is provided if required and the service can be hosted externally or internally. Support for the service is provided plus implementation training for Purchasers and Suppliers.
Consultancy:
Planning your own B.I. strategy or e-Tendering structure is complicated so CIAS provide assistance in either of these areas based on our years of implementing plans and strategies. In addition we can help if you are a company putting together a bid in either of these areas particularly to Public Sector departments.
